HORRIBLE!! They know how to RIP you off! My husband was out of town and i had some warning lights flashing so he asked me to go to the dealership to get it checked which has become a norm for us since the time we bought our Outlander. From the time we have bought our brand new car we have experienced nothing but trouble!! Despite of the BEST Warranty as per them we have had numerous issues which they had no clue how to correct/solve it!! Just two weeks ago major service and everything was good in the report! But suddenly everything changes and is not covered under the so called warrantty and a big bill is handed over to us!! And top of that the Customer Service!! WOW!! For everything they have to say " OH WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!! Brand new car, dealership maintained and still so many issues. The biggest mistake ever! Mitsubishi Cambridge!! Do better! Our hard earned money won't make you rich!
Our salesperson (Becky) was wonderful. She understood what we needed and delivered. She and one of the service people were very helpful familiarizing me with features of the RVR. A good experience.
